Creamy Tomato Pasta

As a stay at home mom I’m constantly looking for recipes and yummy food to try. I love to cook but always afraid that my food isn’t going to taste the best; It’s just one of those things that I will never get over. I found a very similar recipe and decided to put my own spin on it. It is now a favorite.

 

Things You’ll Need:

1 box of linguine

2 cans of tomato sauce

3-4 cloves of minced garlic

2 tbsp of butter

1 cup of heavy cream

2 tbsp olive oil

Parmesan to taste

 

I love this recipe because its so fast and easy to make. Only 6 simple ingredients and it taste so good!

First off you want to cook your pasta.

While the pasta is cooking go ahead and put the butter and olive oil in a pan until the butter melts.

Once the butter has melted go ahead and pour the two cans of tomato sauce and your minced garlic into the pot. Now let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

By this time your pasta should be cooked. So go ahead and drain it & set it aside.

After the sauce has been simmering remove from heat and add cream.

Stir until it becomes a beautiful orange. Add pasta and serve!IMG_3449
